AMARILLO, TEXAS -- An Amarillo strip club manager was robbed at gunpoint early Tuesday morning, police said.
Police are now searching for the suspects involved.
The armed robbery happened at Babe's in the 7900 block of E. Interstate 40 at about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said the manager of the business, which had not been open earlier in the evening, was leaving when a suspect approached him and pushed him to the ground.
The suspect, according to police, pointed a gun at the manager and threatened him. Police said the suspect took the manager's wallet and a bank bag. An undetermined amount of cash was taken, police said.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5'10" and wearing a white "jogging" suit with a hood. He got in a light colored car described as a "Grand Am" type vehicle, police said.
Police said the vehicle, driven by a second black male, left west on the access road.
The manager of the business was not injured, police said.
