Over the years many barista stands in Seattle area have been busted for prostitution/indecency charges. Also Seattle is home to Starbucks headquarters. The dreamgirls club in Seattle (formerly Ricks) is now having a Hottest Barista Contest on Feb. 23rd with a $300 1st place cash prize. I am guessing very few actual baristas will participate in this contest. Mostly just dancers from other clubs dressing up as baristas. Interesting promotion idea though.

This is the link to the promotion. There's a bikini barista drive-up coffee stand right in the parking lot of Dreamgirls at Ricks (its new name). I wonder if the baristas there even know about the promotion? I know of a couple of former dancers that are now bikini baristas. I wonder if they know?
