An occasional "ticket" is one thing and understandable, but routine violations of the law are just plain dumb.

Crap! That rate is only bested by the place in Quebec which just reopened.
so does this mean it will now be a full nudity club?
And the band played on. That club reopened recently too. Oh well, let's see if it stays in business or gets sold.
