"Nothing I'd like better than to be walking around a maximum security prison sportin wood ..."
Just heard this today. I didn't realize the whole "saggy pants on the ground" fashion statement popularized by hip hop artists in the 90s that later went mainstream began in prisons by guys who wanted "to let it be known they were available"
I've read that inmates can get some action with female guards, because the guards aren't paid well, so this is a great way to make money on the side. The inmates just need someone on the outside to pay the guards.
