I'm looking back at almost 4 decades of going to Strip clubs in one form or another. My first experiences were at the age of 19. I was in college, the drinking age was 21, but 30 miles to the north was Canada. There you only had to be 19. The places I went were not strip clubs in the true sense of the word. I was in a dive bar in downtown Vancouver, B.C. there was a small stage off in a corner. This look as if it could be used by a lounge singer, a small band, open mike comedy night. Out of nowhere a girl in a feathered costume went up on stage, the music started and she began to remove her clothes. She was followed by a couple of more girls. Similar scene in another place down the street. Went back a year later, nothing going on. Asked the bar tender if they still had strippers. His reply was classic "The beaver shuts off at 6 o'clock, everyone's into dancing now". He was referring to disco, this was the mid '70's. This was how it was, the peelers as they called them were a floor show.

Other places I went to up there were similar, due to the liquor laws only hotels could have lounges, bar etc. to serve booze. A hotel would have a big restaurant and lounge. Families would be having dinner, and the evening crowd was gathering at the bar, and in a curtained off area the girls were working the pole. These girls were hired through an agency, and paid by the house. Nobody tipped, and there were no private dances of any kind.

My visits during my 20's were few and far between. The only time I took notice of the clubs in the Seattle/Tacoma area was when they made the local news for having mob connections, and when the state liquor board said even though you won a freedom of speech case and the state can't shut you down, we don't have to give you a liquor license.

When I started a job where I traveled a lot in the Western US I began to hit the clubs with more frequency. I spent many a afternoon and late night in the Portland clubs. At this time(starting in 1990)most places I went looked like they were a regular lounge or tavern the added a stage,and a dressing room, and some type of sound system and re-opened as a SC.I found out 1 of my regular stops was a former gas station. During the afternoons DJs were a rarity. The girls would select their music from the jukebox. The girls would do a 3 or 4 song set then vanish into the back until their next turn on stage.

Most of the time I would drive by a club and decide to check it out. Then I found a free publication at the entrance that listed all the clubs in Portland as well as all of Oregon. I never have made it to them all, but I really tried, from Astoria to Umatilla. I've been to a lot. I had discovered the thrill of the lap dance by this time, and I would occasionally seek out a club where they were featured. I used to go to Jiggles, just south of Portland. They are what I call a juice joint. No alcohol. In some states that is how you go full nude, in Oregon they are all nude, juice joints have dancers as young as 18. Jiggles used to have $5 and $10 dances, topless or nude. They at your table, air dances, but it was fun and you could have plenty of variety.

I went to clubs in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, California, Wisconsin, Colorado, Idaho,and New Orleans. There are many stories from all this, but I'm going to mention only some memorable and/or milestone events. In my younger days I didn't cum easily, even during sex. Premature was not in my vocabulary. At or around fifty I started shooting a lot sooner. Much to my surprise I LDKed one night in Denver just as the hottie who was grinding on me stood up to get dressed. I don't think she knew, as she had broken contact by then. After that it was quite a regular thing. I was usually embarrassed when this happened. I did have a regular who got pissed at me for not warning her (not the 1st time) and refused to dance for me again. I did have a girl suggest that I wear a condom. That's exactly what I started to do. To keep it from slipping off I would also use a cock ring, or the right sized rubber band.

My 1st OTC was a long time ago, and a memory I try to repress. I was in Anchorage AK at the Great Alaska Bush Co. At the time I was under 30, and under the influence. I was getting dances from a really hot Thai gal. She had me unzipped and I was out of my mind. I asked her if she was available for dates after hours. Long story short,she and her friend came to my room and for a lot of money they only gave me a lousy HJ. I was down on my self for a long time after that. My more recent OTC experience was also a disappointment. That led to me trying avoid her at my next club visits. I have had girls give or try to give me their digits, I haven't called, or when I have the price was way beyond what an escort would cost.

After changing jobs and moving to Reno my visits became more regular, I also started getting extras. I've learned a lot and I'm still learning how to pick out who is DTF or other services, without being hustled. I'm right more often, but I still get screwed (money wise not actually) from time to time. I've been limiting myself to once a month to keep the spending in check. Right now it's been two and a half months, since my last visit, so my bankroll has built up, and it is almost the weekend. I'll keep you posted in the reviews.
