Hooked by a Bargirl

I had been to clubs before and enjoyed the view and a dance or two, but it wasn't really my thing I guess.  One day I was invited by some coworkers to hang at this bikini bar and as soon as we got in she caught my eye.

"What can I get you, sweetie?" the bikini clad waitress asked.

"I'd like to talk to that girl over there."

"Oh, that's Monique [name changed].  She is popular, but I think that party is leaving soon and I'll send her over."

I drank my beer with the guys and we talked shit about our boss until finally Monique came over.  She smiled at me and asked my name.  I told her and she sat with me.

Monique was a beautiful, raven haired, Latina with perfect C-cup breasts that she loved to show off.  And just the sweetest girl you'd ever want to pretend to be your girlfriend.

We shared our pitchers with her and she became one of us for a while but stayed right next to me.  Eventually she was pretty drunk and got very friendly with me.  She asked for a few dollars for the jukebox and I obliged.  She came back and gave me an amazing lapdance to Glory Box by Portishead.  (Go listen and imagine...)

The other guys slipped out as the evening went on but she and I sat there talking and she'd occasionally stroke my boner or flash me some tits.

I think that entire evening of entertainment including tipping her was like $60.

I continued to go back and visit her with my buddies, and when I'd walk in she would scream my name like I was Elvis and come hug and kiss me.  It was quite a feeling to be envied by every guy in the bar.

After a couple visits she started kissing me on the lips.  Just a hello/goodbye kiss at first, but it became more and more passionate.  I started to feel like there was a real connection between us and we could be more than just bargirl and customer.

I asked for her number.  She turned me down.  She said I could come to the bar and be with her there but she refused to see me outside.  I should not have been hurt, but I was heartbroken.  It was never the same again.

I eventually stopped going and I heard she quit that place.  I haven't seen her in about a year but think of her often.  I actually know the new place she's working at but I've been afraid to go.

So I don't know if that makes her my first ATF or what, but she certainly opened the door in my mind to a world where there can be something easier than a regular relationship but deeper than stripper/customer.  I had it, at least from my perspective and I've been chasing it ever since.

Yeah, I've been there before, but what I realized is there's too many fish in the sea to be "heartbroken" over a girl that's not your girlfriend or wife. My philosophy is on to the next one.

good news: there's always cuter, sexier, spunkier hottie around the corner - who will think you are Elvis and Hendrix rolled in one.

... but why did you change her name in the write up.
What she told you was already a changed name.

We've all been there. Even a jaded old timer like myself. When it strikes, it strikes. It's a physical thing, so can't do much about it. It's that damn oxytocin thing that screws your brain up.

No shame in falling for a girl, even if it's a bar girl. Reminding yourself that she's got zero interest in you except as a source of $$$ can help but not much. Same for the other fish in the sea: they ain't quite the same. Gotta own up and suffer through it. Best one liner I saw scribbled in a SC bathroom wall: "She will never love you."

Either he's lying about the $$ spent or she's the cheapest stripper there is. Obviously, she's not into him even as a source of $$. He couldn't even get her phone number.

Don't want to kick a brother when he's down, but you had a typical customer/stripper relationship. Learn and move on. brother.
