Vanity starting on August 20th 2010 is now a full liquor bar. If you spent $10 buying a BYOB membership it is no longer valid. However, the first 100 people through the doors August 19, 20, 21st, 26, 27, and 28th got a free VIP membership until the end of 2010. This is valid for free admission on your visits. They took your name on a list and said they will have the paper passes ready in a couple weeks. They also might make the VIP passes valid for a full year instead of just the end of the year.

They now have a flashy sign out front advertising "Full Liquor Bar, No Cover, and $2 well drinks".

Their grand opening was on August 20th.

I arrived Saturday August 28th at around 11PM, I was valid for the free VIP membership and saw my name was around 20th on the list. I am not sure what the cover charge will be after August but right now they are not charging cover.
