My first visit to the Detroit...

My first visit to the Detroit PH was on a warm weekday at about 3pm. Was very surprised to see how busy the place was - the bar areas were pretty much packed. A dancer said that that wasn't unusual, but things get slow by early evening.

The club is very similar in set-up to the other top-end club in the metro area, Flight Club (though PH is perhaps a bit smaller). When the club is humming, each dancer does two dances on the main stage, one on each of the side stages, and one on the bar stage. If you're interested in getting a lap dance from a dancer, I suggest that you tip her as she makes her rounds. There wasn't a lot of mingling/circulating going on, and you can go a long time without a dancer so much as approaching you.

Nice variety of dancers. The quality was good, but not great (lots of 6s and 7s, very few 9s and up). Lap dances varied widely - some dancers were not even interested in providing a decent grind, while others made it very clear that their menu options were quite...expansive. Some were clearly more interested in providing "extras" than plain old lap dances.
