The Body Shop is IMHO one of the best California nude clubs. It doesn't try to be an upscale "gentlemen's" club. It is what it is, a clean, well lighted, and relaxing place to enjoy watching women disrobe and dance.

Unlike many clubs the lighting here is excellent. No need to strain you eyes to see. Every tattoo, every body fold is visible. The women are all decent looking ranging from 7 to 10 (wow! Brittany!) There's no DJ, dancers select the music from the jukebox as they move to the stage. Action is non-stop, usually the next dancer is starting her routine while the previous is still picking up discarded items of clothing. Dancers do two dances: the first dance ends with her top off and the second usually begins with the bottoms being discarded so there's a full song of nudity. Because there's no DJ and the jukebox plays 'til the end of the song the dancer has a full, untimed song to show her stuff. After the dance the dancers go around to everyone soliciting tips, whether you're at the tipping rail or not. I'm always at the tipping rail and like to show my appreciation so I have no idea if there's any pressure applied to reluctant tippers.

The women will sit and talk with little pressure for a private dance (though they always mention it, after all they are there to make money). Private dances are held in small, semi-private booths around the room. Each has a bench and a small space for the dancer. Mileage varies significantly from what are essentially air dances to full touching depending on the dancer and her relation with the customer. Touching under the woman's garments isn't allowed but some women do allow it discretely with an eye open for the management who occasionally glance into the booths.
