Visited HB earlier this week at lunchtime. Decent food for the price of a tip - how can you beat that. I was a little disappointed that the stages were bikini, but the VIP dances are topless. Since that's my favorite thing that was good by me. If you sit by one of the stages the girls seem to leave you alone. if you sit at a table they pretty much come by non-stop looking for private dances. This works out pretty well as you can choose what appeals to you.
