As one dancer told me on my last visit, "the sands is going to be the sands." despite all the turmoil and upheaval in the local lap dance scene, this club has remained almost exactly the same. Same prices, same girls (mostly) same jukebox and same hustle.

There are no table dance, and all of the girls will demand 40 for a dance in the VIP. You get the whole song, but you don't get a guarantee of dance quality. The dancers vary from crazy hot to borderline unemployable. All of the indie clubs in Seattle have a chance to benefit from the recent bad news, but the sands doe ant seem to want to take it to the next level. It's an okay local club once you're known, but you'll never come back for the atmosphere or the bargain.
