Was in town in business earlier...

Was in town in business earlier this year and staying at nearby hotel. They let me in free with the hotel key (Marriott). My first couple of visits to San Fran, I really didn't like this club all that much, but it takes time to get used to the dynamics of clubs sometimes. This seems to be one of those clubs where females tend to prefer certain clientele/regulars, but at the same time some of them will come up to talk to "outsiders". Also, I don't mind tipping dancers on stage and requesting dancers. I used to wait for them to come to me, but have no time or patience for such "game playing" anymore. I still don't think the waitress service is all that great in this club. One will come up to you when you first get there, but then after that, you might as well go to the bar the rest of the night. If they're going to enforce these "2-drink minimum" rules, then the waitress should actually come up to my table at least TWICE while I'm there and also it needs to be within a reasonable timeframe, not at 9pm, then at 1am! Anyway, I think the girls are on a scale from 7 to 8 in this club, with possibly a couple of 9s. Downstairs, you get decent contact dances for $20 a pop. I've never been upstairs and no desire to go. Gold Club is good if you want to look at very attractive girls and get a couple of "feel good" contact dances. I say head to the clubs on or near Broadway (Showgirls, Centerfolds, Larry Flynt) if you want more of the "strip club" experience.
