Pink Monkey markets itself as a classy high-end gentleman's club in which it succeeds to some extend. The cover charge is a bit steep for the overall quality of the club as well as the economy. To top it off they have a 'dress code' which is bit ridiculous since they have no real way of telling by how someone is dressed whether they will act appropriately or spend much while in the club. I showed up in shorts and a t-shirt and was told that they would let me in this time. Great because I don't really plan on coming back!

The club itself is upstairs. They have a main stage with cabanas off to the left for table dances and a glass enclosed room for VIP dances. Both types of dances are a bit high ($30 for table, $350 for 1/2 hour VIP or $600 for 1 hour VIP.

The club is BYOB but they do not allow beer only bottled liqueur. Since I am not a liqueur or wine drinker, that left me paying $8 for a 12 once diet coke.
