Back in the City so had to stop by my favorite SC from my days of residency. In certain ways it remains the same as ever, still an array of nationalities mainly concentrated upon eastern Europe and South America, same long couches at each end of the stage for lap dances. A beer is now $11, I think--I know you can't get two with a twenty dollar bill, which is pushing the boundaries of outrageous, even for an NYC SC. And the girls are still hot, no doubt about it.

But the mileage reports, as far as my experience and surveillance would indicate, seem to be a bit overblown in some of the previous reports about FD. And I'm not saying those reports were not true, but the groping and grinding on this visit did not measure up. Things go through stages, I know, depending upon the degree of government oversight, and it's definitely been much worse. Back in the Giuliani days it got really bad. A little contact, hands on hips, seemed to be the standard on my visit. Again, maybe just an off night. I still can't help but love the place, if for no other reason that nostalgia.
