Heads up to all of the Booby Trap fans such as myself; If you have not heard the Trap has been sold and will be closing shortly to either be demo'd and rebuilt or have a major redo to try to turn into another high end hell hole. It will be sad for me to see this staple of 8 Mile fade into history. I always had a good time when I was here and it was more like Cheer's with tits than your typical bump and grind strip joint. I have many memories of the good times and friends I have made with both the customers and employees. Oh well, nothing lasts forever.

Anyway for those remaining Trap fans, get in while you can and see some of the friendliest bartenders in Detroit, Mary on days and Jessica on nights. Get in and drink up the $3.00 beer any day, all day, because it will not be that cheap when they re-open!
