Like others have mentioned, there are now private dance rooms. These are small rooms with a bench or a chair in them with a sheer curtain that the dancer pulls back. In the VIP room, a 5 for $50 deal will get you into one of these private rooms. There are still the nasty chairs in the VIP, those must be used for 2 for 20 dances.

The private dance rooms along the back wall are for $200 deals.

Not sure what might have changed upstairs, haven't been up there yet.
