Happened to be in Athens and saw the Toppers sign while driving through downtown. It's located right off the main drag and had lots of college kids hanging around, especially at the crowded bar next door. You enter the club, pay the $5 entry (bargain by most club standards), and get strapped with one of those paper id wrist bracelets (I hate those things). You then walk down a long hallway, past the bathrooms, and enter a dark and kind of ratty looking bar area. There's one long main-stage, broken into three sections, where two dancers took turns dancing either in the middle or the closer one where I sat. I bought a Diet Coke from the waitress, which cost $2 (again, bargain) and was delivered in a plastic cup.
The girls danced topless on stage and looked mostly college-age, ranging from 5 - 8 in appearance. There were some implants (always hate to see) and one young girl with serious stretch marks all across her front and down her legs. The club posts dance prices prominently on wall signs - $10 table dance (which looked to be an air dance at wherever you're sitting), and $30 VIP (with what appeared to be a $10/hr additional club charge). I didn't try either, opting to tip the stage dancers at the rail. The girls seemed friendly enough while on stage, although I got few thank-you's afterward, and most the girls either seemed to hang with regulars or sit by themselves on the sidelines.
Overall, the club's cheap (cover charge and drinks) and from what I can tell from TUSCL, about the best thing going in Athens. Its interior is dark, dirty in appearance, and somewhat cramped (the stage seems overly large for the space they have). If in Athens, it's okay for a hour or so, but I wouldn't make an effort to drive there from anywhere else - too many options in Atlanta, about 45 minutes away.
