Stopped in today and was very happy to find both of my long-time favs working the afternoon shift. Waitress was pretty much invisible and I sat for almost ten minutes waiting for her. One of my favs came to sit with me and the waitress miraculously appeared most likely anticipating the sale of two drinks instead of one. At any rate, I don't come her for the waitress service...

The club has finally upgraded the private dance area adding couches and some mesh netting for privacy. This is a vast improvement over the old set up and, though the club was quiet today I'm sure it provides more privacy on busy days nights. Dances are $20 each with very good one-way contact. I also noticed that there was no DJ today but things ran very smoothly without one with no empty stage for the duration of my two hour visit.

All in all it was a great visit and a fun way to kill a couple of hours without having to drive all the way to RI. Alex's is always hit or miss. Today was definitely a hit
