Well, things change. Not sure why but they do.

For the last 3 years I've brought in 1-3 business clients once or twice a month and once every 3 or 4 months I've also come in with my wife. Until recently, we've always had a great time. Very attractive, friendly girls. Attentive, fun waitresses. Upscale crowd.

The last couple months things have signifcantly changed here. Half the girls seem to have departed, being replaced largely by an unattractive batch--somewhat older girls who shouldn't be dancing based on unappealing figures or hard-featured faces. Moreover,ironically, many of these same new girls are ungracious and unmannered.--not what I had come to expect of Archibald's classy, laid-back women. These newbies push too hard--rudely--for tips, stand there and ask for more sometimes when you have tipped them, etc. This is very awkward when a customer is there with business colleagues. My colleagues and I tip well those women each of us as individuals are attracted to but we want to spend our money on the women we like not on females we have zero interest in and wonder how the hell they got the job in the first place. Tipping those undesirable women would be taking away from the total amount of money we would otherwise have given to the women we like. I've even heard some of these unattractive dancers arguing with customers about not tipping them or not tipping them what they considered enough. Things were never done this way at the Archibalds I reguarly patronized over the last 3 years.
