This place is a dive trying...

This place is a dive trying to look like something else. At first it was hard to tell we had arrived as this is just a plain steel buidling on a small road with no sign out front. I and a colleague went in at 11 pm and this place was dead - I mean with a proverbial tumbleweed blowing on the dance floor. There were a few bored customers, a girl dancing on the stage and two bored looking girls at the bar that were clearly just waiting for the night to be finished. We were well suited (and believe me in this neck of the woods we were the only ones) but that did not draw any interest, nor did we fare any better when we moved from the bar to a table in the hopes of attracting some interest from the girls.

There was no cover but that was small consolation. We had left Paradise to come check this out before the night was over, but after about 20 minutes we bolted out of here and went back to Paradise, where we had been having a good time before visiting this place. Maybe we just hit it on an off night, but the stark contrast between Paradise and this place was amazing.
