This was the first time I have been back to the Admiral in a few years. The dancers here are all young with nice tight bodies - I would say all of them are at least an 8. It is a full nude place with just juice and soda. Lap dances are only $10 and can be more or less contact depending on the girl. Most of the girls will push for going to the VIP rooms for more private, more contact, dance - but again how much contact depends on the girl. I didn't stay very long, blew all of my money in a 25 minute private with 2 polish girls - Vanessa & Bunny - very friendly, lets you touch them, but not a lot of "grinding", so I do not know how many girls they had working that night. I saw at least 10.

You can see several days each week with 1/2 price admission on their web site. Overall I would have to say the value here is good considering the inexpensive lap dances and the quality of the girls.
