Re the 12 drink thing. Don't blame it just on management. It's ownership that drives the 12 drink hussle here. I know, I've seen the written "contract" every dancer must sign acknowledging the need to sell 12 drinks per shift--written and ultimately enforced by the owners. I saw it three years ago. Whether the contrqact is still used I can't say, but the 12 drink rule is still in force, just make friends with any dancer and she'll tell you.
