Things really haven't changed much here...

Things really haven't changed much here since it was Club Cabos. While there was an uptick in talent just after they opened, the entertainment has settled into its old niche- a neighbourhood bar that just so happens to have a naked woman somewhere on the premises who may or may not be providing entertainment. If you're into that sort of thing, I'd try the Riverside Corral instead- prices, cleanliness, and entertainment are much better by comparison. If not, keep heading south to The Acropolis or north to The Lucky Devil.
