Went back to this funk little tavern that doubles as a strip club. The girls were not the same ones, but were more of the same. Most were too old, too soft and too disinterested to make a living at a top-shelf club. In a smoky little dump, where the jukebox is "on demand" and the bartenderess is the hottest thing in the club, they fit right in. I confess to being an old dude, but I was surprised to find that the jukebox is online and has access to tens of thousands of songs in an online database. The dancers were more than happy to let us choose the music for their two-song, strip to g-string and pasties sets. I requested the Etta James version of "Only Women Bleed" and other obscure favorites. Tipping 5 bucks for the request and for the 2 dances seemed fair. The beer was very cold, the bartenderess was sexy and the girls were very friendly. But a strip club it ain't. I will be back.
