Made two stops at Tootsie's on...

Made two stops at Tootsie's on Wednesday, one in the early to mid afternoon and one just after midnight. This was my first time at this place and my impression was overall very good, although the afternoon visit was significantly better.

First, the overall value for those coming in the afternoon seems to be significantly better based upon my experience. When I arrived at 1PM there were about 30 girls working and about 20 customers. There was no charge for VIP seating and no cover. The girls were overall very good quality, mostly 8-9s.

Rooms were quoted for $75 plus $125 to $250 for the girl, and were all inclusive. At night is $100 plus $200 to $400 and that seemed like a starting point with girls asking more cash for extras. Cover is also charged at night and drinks are more and VIP seating is also expensive.
