This was my first visit to Lipstix in a long time. But remarkably, not much has changed. This is a pastie bar, where they have to wear pasties over their nipples. It's lame, but it's the law in Council Bluffs. It's a big place, though not as huge as the Playhouse south of CB. There's a huge bar in the center on the back wall as you enter, and the main stage is between the bar and the near wall. I thought there were secondary stages way in the back, but they weren't used, because few people were there, at least before midnight. They might get used if it's crowded. Pool tables are to the right as you enter. The girls were rather good looking, which is odd because part of my past experience was that this place of the three bars in CB was the worst in terms of general beauty of the dancers. I did meet a dancer I liked and we hit it off. They got private dances in the one alcove on the near wall. I got the impression dancers set their own prices, because my dancer, one I was previous familiar with from the Playhouse, said she's giving me a deal since she knew me already. I don't know about the other dancers, though, and that could be wrong.

Just one geographical note, and that's if you come from the north, it's right off of I-29 at the Highway 192 (16th Street exit) and to the left.
