Hadn't been into Rick's for a couple of months, although a fellow patron whom I email with occasionally said things have picked back up, and the manager was all but non-existent. So I went in on a Saturday afternoon to see how things were.

Sadly despite his confidence, the club as I see it isn't much different than it has been for the last year or so. Didn't see a lot of particularly attractive women- and none of the few gems I'd found hiding there over the last 6 months (kandi and savannah in particular)- and the couple of dancers I did go to the VIP with were offering HJ apparently, but were so tame and unappealing in their overall dancing I declined. Plus, Dagmar was working the floor and did patrol the VIP relatively aggressively (meaning, not quite the worst times when she'd walk through on every song, but did keep an eye back there so shenanigans weren't occurring).

I figure my money can be better spent OTC or with an escort, since the competitive element of a strip club is supposed to be the beauty of the dancers, and if that's not there... what's the attraction?
