If this place were in Vegas it would be labled a tourist trap. Like others have said, it's the only strip club on Waikiki so it's cornered the market. You would never notice the entrance to the club if not for the callers outside directing you in, it's just a door wedged between a shop and a bar. You walk to the top of the stairs and pay the cashier $7.00. No alcohol served. For your convenience there's a sale on porn DVD's, 3 for $20!

To the right of the cashier are the bathrooms. Just two swinging doors with one stall in them each. Horrible! To the right of the cashier is a lounge area, but looks more like a storage room. Vending machine, video game, dirt and grime. Headed by the lounge area is a flight of stairs leading to the club. It's about as big as a 2 car garage. As others have described its a enlarged craps table in the middle with poles on it, chairs surrounding it, semi private dance booths line two walls and a DJ booth tucked in a corner. It's the darkest club i've been in, darker than the Olympic Garden in LV. But while some clubs are dark to give the room more mystery or to cloak the dances from prying eyes, i'm thinking Hawaii by Night is dark to try and hide that fact that the club hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. It's that bad.
