A few important things I forgot to add:

(1) Heartbreakers is off I-45 about halfway between Houston and Galveston. It is about 20 miles from downtown Houston. Because it is outside of Houston limits, the same laws governing dancers do not apply here. In all Houston clubs, dancers must wear coverings over their breasts (either latex or pasties) and full bottoms. Heartbreakers has completely topless dancers and the dancers can wear tiny thongs and g-strings. They share this advantage with the St. James, and Joy's in the Houston area.

(2) Change to go up to VIP is $25.
