Black Jack is a total rip off, they charge you cover if they see you're a foreigner, the waiters tell you the girls' drinks are $20 and in reality they are $35.00 on the bill. Table dance are horrible, and the host outside will ty to ask you for any money, (Park your car or the taxi, get you some girls, etc...) Do not pay him, the waiter will do it....
