In the hotel zone- fun!

I’m not sure why this place maps out where it does... the tuscl map isn’t accurate. It’s actually in the middle of the tourist zone, hotel zone. Just north of senior frogs is a small street with lots of food places and a strip club and a night club. Walk that block- and to the right is this club when you come out (though probably 10 people will offer to take you here while you’re walking). It was an interesting place. Reviews are pretty accurate- I’ll sum up my visit here but everyone was pretty spot on.

I showed up at 7. Opens at 8 apparently. 815 I was the first person there hit by 9 it was packed. Cover was $20.... I had only $50s but they had no trouble breaking US money when I arrived (they take you in, sit you down, girls mob you, you have a free drink from the waiter... then the doorman appears with your change.

They really really really don’t want you to pay as you go. I tried- by the second drink they said they didn’t have change for a $50. A dancer offered to change my $50s to $20s... so I gave a $20. They left but came back saying they can’t even change a $20 US. Seriously? You didn’t blink at $50 at the door. I asked if they could just give local change but the answer was “no”, the exchange rate is too bad (and they were offering 15% below normal exchange rates but seems they wouldn’t have done it if I’d asked again).
