Femina Sexy Disco is very expensive, but has some beautiful Hungarian girls. It's open Monday to Saturday from 10.30pm to about 3.30am, and is just a couple of minutes walk from Castel del'Ovo on a sidestreet from the seafront between an economics building and a hotel.
When I went, there were some older Italian girls who I didn't find attractive, but one of them was friendly. For 105 Euros you can get a 20 minute private lap-dance in one of the side rooms, with the curtains drawn. If it's a slow night they may offer you 10 minutes for 50 Euros. The club is much more expensive than I'd expect in a 2nd-world city like Naples. First you pay 26 Euros to get in, which includes your first drink. You pay the bill for drinks at the end, with your card being stamped as you go along. But for dances you pay before you have them.
If you want a second, third drink they'll charge you 14 Euros a time. If you buy a drink for one of the dancers - and they'll all try sitting next to you and asking you for one - it's 16 Euros. When I had a private dance, the girl told me we could have a "free" glass of champagne but I didn't believe her so said no thanks.
There are stage dances to the usual R&B/dance music. They last about 15 minutes and are very tame, with the girl taking most of that time just to take her clothes off.
You'll also find two women - the club madams - come round trying to get money from you for other things. For instance for 5 Euros on the night I went you could buy 4 dollar bills to put in the garter, top etc of a passing dancer. Or for 10 Euros you could buy a raffle ticket!
I don't think they'll covertly rip you off, they won't rob you or beat you up or try to trick you, but you do have to be very aware of what everything costs.
It's not a place where you can go and just spend the 26 Euros entry - they'll try to get more out of you, and if you don't spend any more you'll have a rubbish time. But if you've got the money, know how to say no, and don't want anything stronger than a lap-dance with a beautiful girl, then I'd recommend it.
