The Fifth is a bit on the seedy side but that's what I love about it. In the afternoons they have 4 to 5 dancers and some can be friendly and others not. You just need to be direct to get thier attention. I have had some enjoyable lap dances for about 30 bucks that ended up as hj's. The parking lot does have a security camera which makes me feel safer parking my car there because they're always seems some people milling around from the apartments next door.
