Found myself in Tulsa and Oklahoma...

Found myself in Tulsa and Oklahoma City last week, so I thought I'd visit a few clubs and report my findings. Started at Tulsa Night Trips on a Tuesday. (See my reviews of Cloud 9 and Night Trips in OK City). I found this club annoying and the dancers less than satisfying. There were only a few that seemed worthy of getting dances from. Even though the beers were cheap enough, the dancers weren't worth the money. There is very little contact, I didn't find one dancer in OK that knew what the point of a LAP dance was. Most thought that repeatedly ramming their butt into your lower abdomen was sexy. It's not.

Other annoying things at this bar: the owner thinks its a good thing to play 'break' music in between regular songs. That means if you get an LD, the dancer has to stop dancing for about 30 to 60 seconds before doing a second. That completely ruins the mood and provides a natural break point for NOT getting a second dance. Most dancers don't even ask. (Same practice at the NT in OK City). They also cut the regular songs a bit short. I also found out that they are fond of assessing $100 'fines' on the dancers for things like taking their shoes off for a LD, putting their feet up on chairs and myriad other heinous crimes. Leaves the dancers in a defensive and sour mood. Heard more complaining in the two NTs than anywhere I've ever been.

Now for my assessment of the dancers. There were a few decent looking dancers, I liked the skinny blond with all the hardware. She was pretty and sweet and the best LD I had, which was still not too good.
