I've heard about this place ever...

I've heard about this place ever since it was the Fuzzy Grape many, many years ago, and it was a lot tamer here than I expected. This place is nice, but it's really not worth the 45 min. ride from the Providence area IMHO. Take Exit 1 off of I-393 and go North on Route 193, which is basically Thompson Road. The club will be on your Right. Be sure to go to the club's website beforehand to avoid any cover charge here:

There's apparently no cover charge on Monday nights, and amateur night is apparently on Tuesdays. The large parking lot is located in back of the club. You enter with the bar area on your immediate Right and the U-shaped stage (which is attached to the DJ booth) on your immediate Left. In front of you will be the hallway to the apparently newly renovated Men's bathrooms. The stage is elevated quite a bit, and there is a lot of seating around almost the entire length of the stage. In front of the DJ booth & stage is a room with a lot of mostly leather couch seating & many big screen TVs up on the walls. In back of this room is the LD area, which is "watched" by a club employee that sits at a register that's located at the entrance to the LD room. The ladies room is located to the Left of this register area, and the dancer's dressing room is apparently located on the far-back Right-hand side of the leather couch room.
