An old favourite but I only seem to have visited at the wrong times recently. It is open lunchtimes but usually dead. The girls won't dance if there are not enough customers and I have never seen enough at a lunchtime.

I passed by last Saturday just after 5pm and looked in to see what it was like at that time. There were quite a few customers and the evening shift was just starting. It was quite good but the main advantage of this place over Browns (same management) is that if you can stand by the edge of the stage then you are very close. Unfortunately, at this time, although there were quite a few customers, most were staying quite far back and the staff don't seem to like just one or two customers standing up close. As a result I had to stand further back than I would at Browns and it lost its only advantage, so after a few dances I hopped on a bus and went across to Browns and some of the places near it. I need to go at a busy time (Friday or Saturday evening) again to see if it is still good then.
