I think this place is essentially what I expected. Small, dark with average dancers...maybe a hottie in the group. Sarcastic barmaid, but that is part of the charm. If you are going to the Conshy Ballet then you shouldn't expect Las Vegas caliber entertainment. The night I was there, there was a couple nice looking dancers. They were young with tight bodies. Not glamorous but very nice to look at.

The stage is small so it is amazing to see some of the whipping around the pole basically a few feet from your drink. Small stage behind the bar add to the atmosphere. You can get some nice eye contact with the dancers which is always nice.

It wasn't too crowded so the dancers will stop and chat for a few minutes. Obviously they work for tips but didn't seem to be hawking just for money. They had really nice personalities which would certainly be one of the reasons I would come again. If I'm in the area and have some time to kill, I'd certainly drop in for a few beers and to mingle a little with the ladies.
