Star's is supposedly "under new management" even though it's still owned by the same syndicate, so take that for whatever you think it means.

As far as I can tell, most things still haven't changed over what has been a steady slide into suckage. They still have:

- Ridiculous cover

- Average (at best), indifferent, women dancing (as long as dancing means walking around a stage and taking tips without so much as a thank you)
