Very bad experience at this club....

Very bad experience at this club. Typical New York City arrogance. I arrived at 6:45, since hours are not posted on the web site, and most New York City clubs open in the early afternoon -- some BEFORE noon, actually. This was Tuesday August 4. There was a sign on the door which announced the opening time was 7 pm. Fine, so I walk away, planning to come back around 9. Walking west on 20th, I notice a fine lookin chick of the choclate variety walking east. after we passed, I turned around and watched until she disappeared into the front door of VIP. Fine, reinforced my plan to return -- at least one good lookin chick has appeared for work. About 9 pm I show up ready for action. A rude doorman or security guy said, "No admittance, private party". WTF? I can see having a private party but not THAT private. If they weren't going to be open to the public that night the least they coud do was have a sign posted on the front door. Well I was P****d and still am at their arrogance and disrespect to the public. I do hope the folks inside having the private party behind locked doors in a supposedly public venue were havin' the time of their lives.
