Oh this place was a rockin'....
Oh this place was a rockin'. Most seats filled down below, upstairs bar area packed. They had valet parking in two lots which straddled a neighborhood street that abutted 8-Mile. What I'm getting at is the neighborhood looked good enough I drove around the block and parked on the neighborhood street. Literally within less than a stone's throw from the club building, probably saving $6 at least in a valet charge. I was shocked more folks hadn't done this, saw no signs restricting parking to neighborhood residents, and found my car fine after the club visit.
That said, paid a $10 cover and grabbed a seat at the main floor bar. Most gals were hunkered down at various tables with cutomers though some did wander by to say hi. There were at least five dancing stations about the place with the gals rotating after each song. There appeared to be a lot of dancers working which was good, because the place had the big-time crowd Flight Club has lacked. Met up with a perfect 10 brunette who said she only did "regular dances", though I have a feeling I could've worked around for something more (she was certainly hanging around for business and probably just wanted to know more about a guy before committing.) She did say though one should ask gals if they do "special dances". [By the way, the slogan on the front building draping is "Penthouse Club: Where the Magazine Comes to Life", which was certainly much more true that ugly sister Flight Club and their mercenary shot girls...]
Had quite an enjoyable time here and did check the place out fully. Skip Flight Club and come here. You'll be much happier. I was.
