I am always amazed at the sheer scale of Tootsies. Housed in a former BJ's it may be the largest club in the US? There is an obvious mandate from the management to make sure everyone has a good time. I have noticed a bit more hustle than in the past , but still very good natured dancers who actually seem to like to hang out and chat. The vip room is worth every penny, although the standard lap dances are pretty much what we get up here in nyc. Full mutual touching is not only allowed but encouraged. In general it is always a good idea to hint at your interest in VIP even if no real interest as the dancers will usually aim to please.. The $25 dances are steep but certainly dollar for dollar well worth it. Drink are reasonable especially the 2 for 1 specials they run in the afternoons.
