Stopped by at around 6 for a few drinks. $5 cover and $5 for a beer. There were maybe 25-30 customers and the atmosphere was fairly relaxed. Most of the dancers were average and uninspiring. There were probably 3-5 decent looking girls but they were busy. As I was about to leave, an old favorite came in. Turns out she was starting her shift early. Had a couple of good quality high contact dances. But I was pressed for time and had to leave. The St. James is still a reliable club, and like most, the experience is better when you find the right dancer.
