For a non Floridian it was tricky finding this place. Take 95 and exit on Miami Gardens- go west and you will soon see signs proclaiming "You are in Tootsies Country". The club is just beyond, looming on the left as a warehouse looking stucture. Plenty of parking with good security. The entrance to the club is reminiscent of entering a sport area as you walk up a ramp between a set of rails.

As previously mentioned, the club is mammoth and could easily accomodate a hockey rink. The main attraction is a large stage to the left, raised 5 feet off the floor, dancers appear from the back then descend off the stage to an area between the stage and a semicircular arrangement of railing which offsets the nearest customers from the stage. Dancers walk along this area after their center stage performance and provide a minidance in exchange for tips.

The dancers are a mixed lot and during the day there are alot of dancers from South and Central America, especially Brazil. Some have a limited grasp of English. There is a huge range of attractiveness ranging from 5-8, no knockouts while I was there. Dances consist of 1, table dance , fullu nude ($10)- no touching, 2, the mainstay- lap dances in one of 2 designated rooms ($25) 3, "champagne rooms" where there is no supervision and rates for the dancer are negotiated. There are a bewildering array of such rooms but the cheapest is $75 for 30 minutes, not including the dancers fee. I am under the impression that club management is responsible for proper dancer decorum everywhere except in the champagne rooms where the dancers are merely renting the room for whatever she and the customer decide is mutually agreeable- or the old "don't ask don't tell (management)" policy.
