I went to Envy on a recent Wed night at about 8 PM. There were about 6 girls, and 6 customers, and no obvious upward trend over the next hour. I had a couple of drinks and had an awkward conversation with a girl that had been working at the club for one week. A few girls dance on the stage, with big breaks in between. I would rate the girls in the 4 to 6 range. So to compensate for kind of average girl quality, there needed to be something, like good stage dancing, good lap dancing, or flirting at the bar. There was none of this, so I skedaddled out of there.
