I stopped into the Ritz on...
I stopped into the Ritz on Saturday in time to watch the Belmont Stakes. Cover charge was $7. Seemed like it should be Happy Hour, but a Heineken was $7.50. The good news was that they had some free BBQ which tasted alright. The waitress service was pretty slow.
The afternoon girls were in the 6-7 range, all wearing latex to cover their nipples and full bottoms. The afternoon seemed pretty slow, not many customers or dancers. One girl asked if I wanted a dance (normally $20) then said she’d do it for $15. She started to walk away then came back and offered $10 – all this within a minute. I think the lousy economy is even hurting the lap dance business.
As I was finishing my second drink, the next shift started to appear. Now these girls were 7-9 in G-strings and no latex – a big improvement. A couple of these girls were friendly and stopped to talk for a while before asking for dances – sitting in my lap and getting pretty hands-on about how much fun we would have. Unfortunately, dances are right out in the open unless you go for the Champagne Room for big $, so I passed on the opportunity.
