Recently made a visit out to this area of the US for a job interview. Really nice airport a Midland - not the rush and activity of say O'hara and a pleasing change. They do charge a premium for car rentals. Overall definitely oil country and the south side of the area has many processing plant that pollute the air. Since this are is relatively isolated from other larger areas you do pay a premium to entry. The possibilities are all there especially if you find the right young college co-ed. They do seem to be around here at times in abundance.
