I usually visit this place in the evening but recently I was working in the area and was able to stop in at around 3pm. It was incredible how many customers were in at this time and how many girls were there too. An afternoon at Tootsies seemed like a night in any other club in town. The best part was that I was able to see some new girls as opposed to the same ole girls that hound me from the night shift. The day girls seemed alot friendlier and laid back than from what I am used to. There were girls of all ages and types. In fact, the first girl to dance for me was only 19 (younger than my youngest daughter) and she explained they make her wear an orange wristband indicating she cannot drink. She pushed for the champagne room midway through the second song and since she was so cute and the price was right, I took her up on her offer. BTW, back then the room was $50 during the day (before 8pm) but has recently increased to $75 day, $100 nights. The girls have also raised their prices. However, crying poor mouth and mentioning the economy will usually get you a discount. Needless to say she was incredible to the point where I might call out sick just to see her again. On another note, I noticed they put real furniture and a mini stage back in the sports bar section. Why? The pool tables are in the worst shape ever (there are 5 of the original 10 left) and you are lucky to find get all 15 balls to come out or find a cue that has a tip! I used to play pool with one of the dancers, a very tall long haired blonde named "Faith" but I don't think she works there anymore.
