I have been here a few...

I have been here a few times and each time was a different experience. First off, the place looks kind of skeevy from the outside, but what do you expect for an adult bookstore in downtown Philly. Has the cheesy neon all over out front advertising adult entertainment. The place could be cleaner but not too bad considering. Enter and go to the left is the bookstore and video booths. Typical small store layout with sections of magazines and videos that cater to every fetish imaginable. Long hallway in the back where the video booths are. There is a gay video section downstairs as well. Enter and go to the right and it leads upstairs where the dancers are. There is loud music playing and there is a guy on a mic shouting to anyone within earshot of the bookstore that there are "live girls" upstairs. I always laugh when I head upstairs and the guy shouts thru the mic to the girls to "look alive" as a customer approaches. Once you head upstairs you pay a $5 cover and have choice of going to the left to a "showroom" which is a small stage with a stripper pole and you can watch girls dance, OR you can skip the tease and go to the right where there are private rooms with a different girl in front of each one. Usually about 2-4 girls there.

Most of the girls are not that great but there have been a few that do impress. I have been lucky in that the girls I have seen there for the most part have been decent looking and they have the right attitude to boot. I have had the experience of having to make a poor selection from slim pickings and having a less than satisfactory experience, but that has been the exception, not the rule. There have been girls there of nearly every ethnicity, white, black, hispanic, can't say that I've ever seen an asian girl there. Once in a private room with the girl you can negotiate a little, basically $100 will get you manual release and you will be able to feel up the girl all over. I have been there before where there was "more" on the menu, but I don't know if that was that particular girl or mgmt at the time or what. I would and will certainly go back as for the money you can't get more "hands on" than you can here, the girls are decent, sometimes great and you leave "satisfied". Can't beat that with a stick.
