Pin-Ups is starting to become a regular stop for me, whenever I'm in ATL. I stopped in there last Saturday night around 1 am, after being in town for a friend's b-day party. The atmosphere was as live as I've ever seen it, with about 200 customers and about 30 - 40 dancers in the building.
I don't know if this is new or not, but I noticed that they now have a blocked off section in the main room that they charge $10 to sit down at. They call it VIP seating. But all they're doing, is setting up tables and chairs in a line, to keep people from going into that area. And to get in that area, they have a bouncer at the opening of that section, that you have to pay $10 to. Lap dances are still the same price though in that area . . . $5.
I guess they do this, because no one is really going back into the real VIP, which is actually a pretty large and very nice area itself. You can see it from the pool table section of the club.
