Scarlett's is a relatively small "upstairs" place with limited number and variety of dancers. It's biggest plus is proximity to Chicago's downtown area. The $20 cover charge sets the tone for the evening-- no alcohol, $20 LDs. Decor is dingy and aging. Dancers are generally friendly, but their overall appearance and dancing skills are only a notch above amateur. It looks like they just brought regular girls in off the street. For LDs they may rub their boobs in your face, but the club does not allow any touching of any kind by patrons. The LD area is relatively open and lit, and a mean-looking bouncer watches over the LDs with his arms crossed and a scowl on his face. I've been here twice; both times with the same result. I probably won't go back again.
